I Need Help

I have a problem with soft porn. I feel so ashamed. I just awoke froma disturbing dream having to do with sex. I am a Christian. I know I can't beat this temptation alone. Obviously I am opening the door to some BAD stuff. I confess right now, that I need Christ's help. Please help me Jesus. I don't want this to go any further. In fact, I desperately want to stop this and never go where I have gone ever again.
