Straight man, Gay porn.

I'm a 24 year old, straight man.
I look at gay porn.
Long story.
I can't seem to give it up.
I'm attracted to men. Don't want sex.
I'm attracted to women. Do want sex.
I want to get married some day.
I'm afraid I'll never find a wife because my addiction has screwed me up so much.
God has brought me through a lot.
My porn habit keeps me chained and confused.
I'm scared I'll stop caring.

nobody was born a homosexual. Your interest for homosexual pornography is a lack a relationships with strong male figures in your life. When you make the lord Jesus christ your complete center and male figure to follow all of your obsecions with the male body and sexual performance will go away. All you have to is to surrender all self to him and ask him to take away the addiction form your life and replace it with his love and strenghtn. This must be done daily and learn scripture as romans 6:14 For sin shall not ovetake you for you are not under the law but under grace.

I think its funny how there are these anti-God people that hoover over this site and discourage the ones that have come seeking something other than what they are finding in the "world". PREACH ON! But in love, as Christ would not with hate and discord like the "world" does.
Keep your head up with your addiction the Lord has a plan for you, just think of the dudes He used as disciples. We love you man! True Christians love you and want you to seek HIM, and thats all.

Healing from homosexuality is definitely available. I myself used to struggle intensely with homosexuality, but through the power of Christ, I have known freedom for several years now. If you are really interested in freedom I suggest you visit www.exodus.to for some really great information on freedom. Blessings!

I don't particularly see how Jimmy's comment could be construed as being "anti-God", or that it was intended specifically to be discouraging to Manuel - perhaps his referring to Manuel with "preacher" was a bit presumptuous, but his "calm down" should also be assessed as a helpful caution - we don't know this 24-year-old's whole story. We don't know his sexual history, his abuse history (if any), and a host of other specifics concerning him. The sexual arousal he experiences through viewing gay pornography does not make him a "homosexual", per say, and he identifies as a heterosexual through specific marital desire. I fully believe that we can experience release from the chains of sin through faith in Christ, but also know that sexual arousal is imprinted within the brain itself, chemically wired through repeated exposure to a stimuli which in turn becomes identified as gratifying or "exciting" by the brain. This fellow's addiction requires assistance and supportive community, and not only his asking Jesus to take it away - he could benefit greatly from joining an accountability group focusing upon sexual addiction, and through counseling that therapeutically tackles his sexual issues and concerns.
