Dont even want to get started

So I have seen porn in little increments throughout the last 6 years or so. Probably just looking at something really quick once a year as i stumbled on a link or website. Recently I started looking at it for a longer period of time. And than I prayed about it, I knew God forgave me, even though thats hard to accept sometimes, but the next day i did it again, and than tonight(the same day) i did it again. I just really want prayer for this. I dont want to start looking at porn, i know how damaging it can be, and i already dont like the results. I dont want it to go any further. I dont want it to become something big(or small for that matter) hurting my relationship with my friends, parents, God, and girlfriend, and eventually my wife. I just want it to stop now, i dont want to get addicted. Please pray for me!

God forgave you! Don't start now. Have you been looking at other sensual things like ads for beras or panties, etc? When a good looking woman walks by do your eyes lock on to her body? If so try bouncing your eyes. As soon as you see something you shouldn't be looking at (Boobs, for example) immediatly look at something else. The book every Man's Battle talks about this and how to defend your mind. The book Every single Man's Battle is good too.
