Double life

I've been masturbating since I was 10 or 11. I come from a big, devout Catholic family. I'm constantly in this spiral of
breaking my addiction for a week or two, then falling into it again. As the addiction progressed I began looking at pornography on the internet. No one in my life knows about this. I would love any advice and prayers.
