i confess to god that i have looked at porn since i was 14 and wish for him to heel me.

For things to change, you have to change. Most people that struggle with porn have no plan to fight it. You are at the mercy of your computer every day or you have a stash you won't throw away. Trash any stash. Then think about when you look at porn. Is it the same time of day? Are there certain circumstances that make porn viewing ideal?
I don't believe prayer alone will do it. You need a plan that addresses YOUR issues. Maybe it is just spending less time on the computer. Get a couple cool games and spend less time on a browser. Call someone. Make xxxchurch your home page. Come here, post often. Ask questions. Do not live alone in isolation with this.
I got clean by stuffing my mind with things other than porn. I got xxxchurch podcasts on my iPod, sermons from church, self-help, instructional podcasts. I went on a weird journey fighting with atheists in their chat rooms, which got me into evolution and Darwin. I went on this research project about Darwin. What I found made my faith so strong. But what happened was my mind was filled with something richer and deeper than porn.
Porn is a bad habit. It is nearly impossible to just quit a habit. You have to replace it wtih a good habit. Make a choice to do something different. Only you know your weaknesses. I have faith you'll do the right thing. Don't be a stranger. You have friends here.
