i wish this never would have happened again.

When i was 13 i had "the talk" with my sister and i was so confused, so i decided to figure out what she mean't so i came along a site. dumb idea. so for the past three years its been a habit, i try to stop it but it keeps coming back haunting me everyday. i wish this never would have happened i feel so ashamed, and worthless. i don't know why i keep doing it over and over again but i know its wrong, and i don't know what else to do.
