Shellie I really need help, I have been struggling with pornography addiction, and mastrubation for so many years now, I don't know what to do! I know that you have been free for two years, please tell me all that you do to overcome this addiction!!! Please tell me all that you do so that I can break free from this.

One way I got over masturbation and pornography was to throw things away. if you have any dvds or sex toys, throw them away. get the xxxchurch.com internet filters if you look at porn online. get a bible and look in the new testament for passages on purity. go to church every sunday, and find a bible study, preferrably for women-only, to go to. look for an accountability partner that has a strong faith that you can talk to.
