The intruder, Michael Markley happens to be a great fiddler. Just Google his name and his website will appear with a link to this video. Fantastic. And for your viewing pleasure, I am adding his rendition of the classic hymn "What a Friend We Have in Jesus."

XXXChurch never uploaded the video or filmed you, they simply provided a link to a video that already exists on Youtube.
So I don't think they can be guilty of copyright infringement... if anyone, the guy who shot the video. But, it looks like you knew he did so.

The comments here are really depressing. On the one hand, ol_skool44 is right... it's just not fair to so gleefully hold Michael up as an example like this. There's a distinct lack of any acknowledgement that you're ever wrong on this site. Particularly when you're dealing with such a difficult subject, you should naturally expect not to get things quite right.
On the other hand Michael needs to be a little less combative. Not only was it rather nice what Stephen said about him, but he was entirely within his rights to post the YouTube video. When you upload a video to YouTube you agree to terms which include the free use of the video externally embedded on any website. Simple as that. The video already is licensed for use on XXXChurch.
But neither of you come across as having your minds wide enough open to learn anything from the other. And that troubles me.
