Stephen "The Intern" Rose is currently taking the classic XXXchurch book "Questions You Can't Ask Your Mama" and recording the audio. We will put the audible product in Itunes. But he is asking for some input. We love his Kentucky accent but need to know what you all think. Please chime in!

The first image that comes to mind is that of Stephen sitting an over sized leather chair in a dark room. His smoking jacket on and a pipe in one hand as he reads. Very Smooth

I really don't like it. Too regional. I read somewhere that people from San Francisco speak with the least accented English. Sorry, it is way to distracting . You should think international as well.

i'm not at all opposed to stephen rose : ) but have you given any thought to letting those across the world who follow xxxchurch participate? you know...participating...being part of the body... community.. it's just a thought...

vocals are ok. you need higher ratio and a lower threshold on your compressor. radio usually uses 10 or 12 to 1 ratio and threshold set at 75 to 80 db.

He has a relatively light southern accent. It sounds fine and clear to me (in New England).
