Thursday Morning At Porn Show Update

The show is off to a great start. We met this morning for a quick briefing on the days events. Had a prayer time in our booth and then got busy. Enjoy some of the pics and the stories. We will post again tonight.

JR and Mike:
Constantly shocked at how well the Bible does at the porn show. We have given away hundreds of Bibles thus far. One guy says to me that this is definitely not a real Bible and thought that it had a hidden porn message in it. Some really great little moments like that. Porn challenge as of 2pm is at 24 but our focus has been mostly on the Bible. Getting them into the hands of people. We met Donovan who we interviewed on the podcast(preachers son turned pornographer) and Jimmy D. Also, talked to the JC Girls and their husbands who were heading over the CES show(smart guys) Chatted with Luke Ford who was also a guest on the Dirty Little Secrets Podcast. Did an interview with The Las Vegas Review Journal. The city's main paper.

Rachel Angela and Craig:
They had a significant porn star lunch. A big name in the porn industry came by the booth looking for Craig. She had talked to him after reading his book several months ago. She talked about her desire and plan to get out of the industry and how God is starting to speak to her. Anglea and Rachel did most of the talking at lunch as she talked about the future. She will be connecting again with the girls in the next couple of days. Rachel and Angela will possibly doing her hair and makeup over the course of the show.

Laci, Kim, Diane, and Katie:
They have done a lot of walking around and talking to the girls. The first part of the day is all industry so they had a great opportunity to spend some time with the girls(not busy signing and working the booths...that's until the fans come) A ton of Jesus Loves Porn Stars shirts have been given out. Some great and meaningful conversations have happened. Collecting a lot of names for girls wanting prayer. Excited but very tired. Its been draining but fulfilling. Kim has had a lot of deep conversations with girls about what she believes about Jesus, and God and truth. Peace.Talk tonight. Mike.
