Feeling the damage

My name is Joseph, have been addicted to porn for about 6 years. Over the last couple years I have actually noticed a decline in my ability to think. This disturbs me in particular because I have always prided myself on my intelligence.
I'm lazy, I don't like to do anything that involved mental effort, I literally have grown to hate and abhor females and I doubt that I will ever be able to have a good relationship, and get married as I have always wanted to. This is literally killing me and I feel like a zombie. I just want to get away from it.
