Feel like a slave

Please pray for me. I've been struggling with sexual purity since I was 12. First it started with looking at dirty movies then started the masturbating. When I finally had sex, it was with a prosititute. I am trying to walk the straight and narrow now but I can get rid of my masturbating and searching for women to sleep with . It has hurt my walk with the lord and most of the time I wonder if God has gave up on me.
