Looking at porn

Lately I've been struggling with pornography.....being tempted by it and just wanting to take a peek. I hate it!!!! I've been going to church for 6 years now and I've thought I've been doing good. But as soon as my wife goes out of town, I find that my mind starts thinking about things it shouldn't be thinking about. I just want to break this filth off of me and be a loving husband, father and be a Godly, Spiritual leader for my family. I've handed this over to God multiple times and I just want to be done with it.....for good!!!! Please help!
