Struggling with porn addiction

Hello to all. This is the only place I think i can confess my secret. I've told my wife that I had a problem with porn in the past and right now she is under the impression that I am ok. But that is far from the truth. Fortunately, I do not have internet access at home or on my mobile the only place is at work. However, internet access at work is filtered (thank God) for the most part but because I'm a bit internet savy I can locate a few sites that I been wrestling with not to visit. Everyday is a struggle for me. I've been married almost 2 years now and thankfully it hasn't affected my marriage - i think. I've been a christian for almost 3 years now and was addicted before being saved. Today i fell off the wagon so to speak, I usually masturbate if I'm alone and unfortunately that is what happened today. The only good thing is that it was the first time I masturbated in 3 weeks and I feel so dirty right now. :(
