Porn addiction

My wife and I have recently become the new youth pastor's at our church and I have a problem with pornography It seems like It wont be around for a while but than it comes back and i just get so ashamed of myself and i keep thinking why would god keep forgiving or I'm not gonna be a youth pastor for very long if i keep messing up like this I'm truly Convinced that by sharing this it will one of the best step's i've taking to overcome this I'm truly sick and tierd of this disease please help
