addicted to masturbation

hi xxxchurch,

i really find it very hard to kick masturbation, i mean i don't do it everyday,and it doesn't consume my life, by it's like my body has this great amount of sexual tension, and i just have to do it every week....and i'm really frustrated abt it.

I can stay away from porn, but i really can't fight masturbation,and it's like everybody does it and i don't know what to do.....

And i really have difficulty finding an accountability partner, like i can't really find anybody i can trust and relate to about topics like this...

so please help....
