for the past few years i have struggled with pornography and masturbation and recently i have joined a small group in my youth group and it really helped to stop these addictions. i haven't looked at pornography for about a month now and masturbation has been harder to stop but in the past few weeks i haven't done it on the regular basis that i used to.
