Struggling with "It" All

I learned about sex when I was six years old. I started learning what self sex was when I was ten. It's been an addiction since then. I've had the guilt my entire life. Every new year I say I'll quit, but I haven't. I've watched porn, I've read and told stories. I had sex once, and I made a new promise to God. But I still am addicted to myself. This is not worth it. I need help. No one knows my addiction. I always cover my tracks. I can't admit it to anyone I know... please help me. Please.
