Hi, I can’t do this anymore, I am addicted to porn and sexual activity, everyday before anything else it is porn, porn and porn. It just takes up my whole life and I can’t let it anymore.

I understand your email, and I get that what your going through is really really tough. I think you can start getting over this by telling someone you trust and signing up to these things they are brilliant! Another way of stopping is by just going downstairs and hanging round with other people, you wouldn’t watch porn with your mum would you? There is your answer!
