Letter to myself:

Whatever is pure, whatever is right, think only these things.

Read the bible, and invest in time spent with God and the rest will follow.

Letter from my sex addict:

I need to stop.
Having never watched porn till the age of 18 I vigorously made up for what I thought was lost time.
I feel rotten, empty, and hollow from it.
There have been times days, or weeks, months even of freedom thanks to God and some close friends of mine.
I want this again. Freedom.
