We are excited to write and let you know of some great new things that have happened with the X3Watch mobile app.  Obviously, nothing is perfect but we commit to continually working hard and strive to make this great app more amazing with each update.  Not only is our goal to provide you with a technologically flawless mobile application, but also to make the app user-friendly so that it is simple to use and does not cause you significant adjustments to your previous mobile browsing.


We are excited about our most recent Apple iOS update(version 1.5.1) released on February 1st, 2012!  We’re sorry for the delay in releasing this update as we are aware of the complaints and issues that you all were having.  We wanted to make sure that ALL of the issues were able to be duplicated and fixed before we released the update.  We also wanted to let you know that we have support staff available to provide help and answer questions at http://www.x3watch.com/techsupport.html . Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have issues. We will do everything we can to resolve your issue as quickly possible. We can only improve with the help of our community.


We are also excited about our recent Android update(version 1.5.3) released on January 19th, 2012 .  Since the previous update in October, 2011, we received several complaints about reporting, log-in, and crashing issues.  We worked hard to have our technical team replicate each of the issues you’ve reported so that they would be resolved with this recent update.  Currently, we have seen a great response with the newest update and the issues that were frequent in the past have been resolved.  

Furthermore, we have included a new feature that you have probably seen – the email and password settings.  This is a great feature and big step to unify not only multiple mobile accounts but also to eventually link all X3Watch products into one account!  

Thank you for being such great customers and for taking the necessary steps to help yourself be accountable!  We are continuing to work hard in providing the best possible application to help in your accountability efforts. 

Here is my big ask.  The Android product has great reviews but the Apple product is lacking. A lot of the complaints on Apple are because of things out of our control.  We need your help on the reviews.
