SAN DIEGO — A maintenance man who broke into a woman’s Pacific Beach apartment and downloaded pornography was sentenced Wednesday to a year in county jail.
Superior Court Judge Kathleen Lewis also placed Joshua Kittle on three years probation and ordered him to stay away from the victim and her apartment complex.Kittle, 38, pleaded guilty April 28 to residential burglary and accessing the victim’s computer without permission.
At Kittle’s arraignment in March, prosecutor James Teh said the victim noticed things moved around in her apartment on a number of occasions. She set up a video surveillance camera, which captured the defendant masturbating to pornography, and she called police on March 9, Teh said.
