I am SUPER EXCITED to let you know we are about to launch a brand new XXXchurch.com site. (Tweet This!)

Here is a sneak peek.

XXXchurch.com is the largest site on the internet that tackles issues most people don’t want to talk about or even write about. Nothing is off limits here. We started the site in 2002 before anyone had a “blog”. The site has evolved and grown and there are over 13,000 indexed pages of content here at XXXchurch.com. We have been fortunate to have a ton of people write blogs for us over the years.

Beginning in August of 2014, we are trying something new on the site with our blogs. Every Sunday, there will be a new blog posted on the site by one of the contributors that are listed below. I have personally invited each one of these people to contribute to the site. Throughout each week, we will post additional blogs that stem from the conversations that are started from the blog on Sunday. We will cover arrange of topics and each author will have their own opinion or belief on certain topics that collectively we might not all agree on. I want you to know that is okay.

We have a range of writers from all walks of life and different experiences that mean we might not all agree all the time. We welcome you to participate into these conversations and if you want to know more about each of these writers check out below. If there are articles or topics you would like to see covered or you have something you want to share please email us at [email protected].

Here are just a few of the people you will be hearing from besides myself.

Adam Palmer is a grab-bag of creative outputs: writer, author, editor, and musician. He is the blog editor for XXXchurch.com and collaborator on several books, most recently Go Small: Because God Doesn’t Care About Your Size, Status, or Success with Craig Gross. He currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, making music with his wife Michelle and raising a handful of kids. He likes Twitter, and you can find him there @ThatAdamPalmer.

Shellie R. Warren – “I’m a single gal who’s been told by her friends that she has finally (FINALLY) transitioned from being the ‘sex girl’ to being a ‘covenant woman’ (maybe the 7 years of no nookie has something to do with it-LOL). At the fine-as-wine age of 40, although I’ve never been married, I devote a lot of time to counseling couples who desire to be or already are. When I’m not doing that, I’m eating a lot of carrots in hope that my eyes will not go bad by staring at the computer screen so much while penning as much as 10-15,000 words per day. I’m also a doula, public speaker and I even find time to answer to Craig’s beck-and-call (relatively speaking). I’m not on social media by design, BUT if you’re also a single gal who wants to be married *one time* to God’s best life partner for you, I’ve got a blog with information that you might dig.

Paul Robinson is a writer who isn’t afraid to poke some of the boxes of church culture especially in the areas of sexuality, creativity, satire and peace and reconciliation. He’s also spent the last several years blogging content for xxxchurch.com and acting as an X3group leader. Originally from Northern Ireland he now lives in Detroit with his wife Brittany managing to successfully switch to driving on the right side of the road but drawing the line at calling ‘football’, ‘soccer’.

Levi Macallister is a spoken word and performance artist, writer, speaker and storyteller. Levi The Poet began touring in the summer of 2009, spending upwards of eight months per year performing in hundreds of venues across the country and, more recently, internationally. Topically, Levi’s writing is highly autobiographical, and organizations like XXXChurch and To Write Love On Her Arms are helping tell the story. Last year, he received his certificate of completion from The Resurgence Training Center, a practical, cohort based theological training program.  Levi lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico with his wife, Brandi, and her cat, Gilbert (who is, quite certainly, vying for head of the household).

Anne Marie Miller lives with her husband in Franklin, Tennessee where she learns and plays and writes. In 2014, she is releasing Beating Burnout: A 30 Day Guide to Hope and Health and an expanded edition of Mad Church Disease: Healing from Church. She speaks at colleges, conventions and churches on topics of social justice, sexuality, health, addiction, and general Biblical themes of grace and restoration. She has traveled around the United States and to over 20 countries telling the stories of hope found in least likely places. Anne has a testimony that frees women up from the shame and guilt that are attached to the stigma that “women don’t struggle with porn & sex addiction.”

Stephen Kuhn has been leading recovery groups, speaking at college campuses, and providing free online counseling through Belt of Truth Ministries ever since he got steamrolled by Jesus and set free from the chains of porn addiction. His passion is to allow God to use the story of redemption in his life to encourage other men to seek healing through the work of Christ as well. He recently released his first book, Ten Lies Men Believe about Porn, which explains how the gospel of Jesus can truly set men free from pornography. Like most native Oregonians, Stephen enjoys a good rain shower and probably drinks too much coffee. He spends his weekends hiking, climbing, and skiing, but his greatest joy is playing dress-up with his daughter.

Tyler Ward is married with two kids, calls Nashville home, and helps leaders cultivate their influence online. He just released “Marriage Rebranded: Modern Misconceptions & the Unnatural Art of Loving Another Person,” where he debunks myths, shares awkward stories, and offers unorthodox best practices that would help anyone write a better marriage narrative for themselves.
