Whether you love the guy or not Barack Obama is leading our country. Both McCain and Obama had solid ideas about protecting kids on the Internet and educating them about online dangers. Both of their views are stated below. I took these straight from their websites, copy and paste. So if you do not agree with their view, FYI it is their view and not the view of XXXchurch or partners. Just clearing that up.
The one thing we can agree with Mr. Obama in regards to internet safety and internet porn is simply: children must be protected and educated on these issues.

And lets see if any thing gets done to protect the kids from internet porn. Please put your money where your mouth is Mr. President and lets protect the kids. Particulary lets make Obams’s 1+2 happen. It will be huge strides in protecting kids from internet porn if 1+2 become a reality.
OBAMA
Obama administration will give parents the tools and information they need to control what their children see on the Internet.
*** 1. Creation of Public Media 2.0., public media that will create the Sesame Street of the Digital Age and other video and interactive programming that educates.
*** 2. Parents have the option of receiving parental controls software that blocks objectionable Internet content and prevents children from revealing personal online.
3. Tough penalties, increased resources, and greater collaboration to identify and prosecute those who abuse the Internet to exploit children.
MCCAIN
John McCain believes that the Internet offers tremendous promise in
terms of freedom of expression, information sharing, and the spread of
knowledge.
1. The Internet is used to peddle child pornography and other sexually explicit material and to prey upon children.
2. The first line of defense for children will always be strong and involved parents.
3. John McCain has pushed legislation that
gives public libraries and schools money to restrict access to sexually
explicit material by children online.
