Well this month Japan introduced 3 new titles for the PSP. This time
the titles were not your typical slew of games nor popular Hollywood
movies. The company Taesei has release 3 official full blown pornos. I
guess it was only a matter of time till this highly popular media
device would be subjected to porn. The UMD format which is the media
type that the PSP uses is a small disc which holds about 2Gigs of data.
The only hope that PSP has is for Sony, the ultimate controller of the
UMD media, to refuse to sell the media to porn distributors. For some
reason, I just don’ think that is going to happen.
I love the PSP. I take it when I travel and have purchased several
movies for it. In fact, I picked up a copy of Napolean Dynamite this
week. The screen is so sweet and clear and it’s compact format is very
cool. The resolution, sound, and briteness of the screen is beautiful.
Though I have one of these great little units, the primary target
market for the PSP would be young people and game players. The
demographics for PSP buyers is very young. Teens and low twenties. I
guess these porn producers know what they are doing. Their first title
released was called “The Palace of a Virgin” which has a very, very,
very young looking porn starlet in the flick. I had considered posting
the cover on the blog but decided against it. Just take my word.
So look for more and more porn invading every aspect of your life and your kids life. A real bummer. Mike.
