OK,
So,
here’s my intro on this. Week before last, God led me to a very
unique kind of fast. You won’t find it in a book because, he
literally gave the idea to me the day that I penned it. In
conjunction with the “Frog to Prince” and “What He Really Wants
Is Your SEED” messages that were posted prior to this one, God,
through the power of the Holy Spirit, gave me the idea to become a
part of the solution rather than the problem. On this side of the
fast (and it was a mind-blowing one), I fear that far too many women
are so used to complaining about men that we have lost sight of how
to support them. Whether it’s marriage or discipleship, we are called
to ministry…we are called to service.
And
so, if you are stressed out about a certain man or a group of men (I
fasted for nine) in your life, I consider you go on this 10-day fast.
You might want to get your girlfriends in on it, too. There’s
always strength in numbers. I promise you that if you remain
open-minded, faithful and HUMBLE, at the very least, it will change
your life.

FROG
EXORCISM TEN-DAY FAST
“Then
He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might

out many demons, and anointed with oil many who were sick, and healed

DEMON: an evil spirit;
devil or fiend; an evil passion or influence; a person considered
extremely wicked, evil, or cruel; a person with great energy, drive,
etc.; a person, esp. a child, who is very mischievous
If
you have not read, “What He Really Wants Is Your Seed” (in the
notes), please do.
We,
as women, as helpmates, as physical representations of the Holy
Spirit, which the Amplified Version of John 14:26 describes as
“Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate,
Strengthener, Standby)”, are here to stand in the gap for MEN AS A
WHOLE and more specifically, the men in our personal heart space
(family/friends) and our future husbands (whether we know who they
are in the physical or not) to, through prayer and fasting, cast out
the demons of evil passions so that they can be restored to their
kingdom-building positions in the earth. Really, it’s just that
simple. In a time on the earth, when so many men are “gaining the
world and losing themselves” (as the Message Version of Matthew
16:26 puts it), the attack against them to be the earthly kings God
created them to be so that they can produce more of their own kind,
has become a spiritual epidemic of monumental proportion. THIS
SHOULD NOT BE AND WITHIN ALL OF US, WE HAVE THE POWER, THROUGH THE
HELP OF THE GODHEAD, TO CHANGE THIS:
“Then
Jesus answered and said, ‘O faithless and perverse generation, how
long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him
here to Me.’ And Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him; and
the child was cured from that very hour.
Then
the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, ‘Why could we not
cast it out?’
So
Jesus said to them, ‘Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say
to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this
mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and
nothing will be impossible for you. HOWEVER THIS KIND DOES NOT GO
EXCEPT BY PRAYER AND FASTING.”—Matthew 17:17-21 (NKJV)
The
lead scriptures? The Holy Spirit had me lead off this message with
them, because that is what Christ told the disciples they could do.
When Christ left this earth, they were instructed to make more of
their own kind (Matthew 28:19)…that would be us. John 8:31 says
that if we abide in God’s Word, we are his disciples. The following
verse then says and then we shall know the truth and the truth shall
make us free. WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO PREACH, HEAL THE SICK, CAST OUT
DEMONS, in this case, evil desires, on this earth. And we shall.
So
there’s the spiritual pep talk. Let’s get it started…
Frogs.
While doing a brief study last night, I was reminded of when Pharoah
was plagued by the frogs (Exodus 8:1-15). I shared in the “Frog to
Prince” devotional that frogs are considered to have evil spirits
attached to them (hence one confirmation for doing this), but a Rabbi
by the name of Lazer Gurkow provided another very interesting
insight:
“In
discussing the second of the Ten Plagues, the Midrash mentions that
every creature plays a role in G-d’s master plan. If not for the
frog, says the Midrash, how would the Almighty take retribution
against Pharaoh?
Why
does the Midrash single out the frog when there were nine additional
plagues? The second plague was key because both Pharaoh and the frog
shared a common appearance of APATHY.
The
Apathetic Pharaoh
Pharaoh
appeared apathetic in his denial of G-d. One can either accept the
existence of G-d or reject it; but Pharaoh did neither–he simply
ignored it. He regarded himself as the creator of his universe and
never bothered to deny the true creator. He treated G-d as a
non-entity, one that does not even merit denial.
The
Apathetic Frog
In
a sense one can argue that the frog too appears apathetic. Some
creatures are clearly beneficial to the ecological system and enhance
the lives of all creatures on the planet. Some creatures appear
destructive, selfishly treating themselves to their every wish with
no regard to the delicate balance of nature. Some creatures, such as
the frog, neither contribute nor abuse, they simply are.
A
Fitting Match
Both
Pharaoh and the frog seem apathetic; Pharaoh to G-d, the frog to
nature’s cause. It was only fitting that G-d combat Pharaoh’s apathy
with a creature that itself appears apathetic.
Reflection
By
using the frog G-d communicated another important message. The
outward appearance of apathy is simply false. The frog’s appearance
of apathy disappeared as he responded with alacrity to the call of
the Almighty. Though some appear outwardly so, deep down we all
believe. We all have a mission to perform. We all play a role in
G-d’s overall scheme.”
Apathy:
lack of interest or concern, especially regarding matters of general
importance or appeal; indifference; lack of emotion or feeling;
impassiveness
Oh
the irony of life. Here we are fasting for them to be freed, not from
passion, but EVIL PASSION and the Rabbi is saying that frogs
symbolize “apathy”, which draws me to the conclusion that men’s
flesh are causing their spirits to be numb to what really matters in
this life: kingdom-building, purpose, godly power, PURITY (men are
also called to live pure lives), freedom from what binds them,
holistic prosperity.
Therefore,
these next 10 DAYS are going to serve as an agent to assist in
healing and restoring them. I know, and claim this for a fact because
the Matthew 18:18-20 (NCV) says, “I tell you the truth, the things
you don’t allow on earth will be the things God does not allow. And
the things you allow on earth will be the things that God allows.
Also, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about something
and pray for it, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. This
is true because if two or three people come together in my name, I am
there with them.” There is great power in numbers…in unity.
This is another reminder of why the Enemy doesn’t want women to get
on one accord…ON ANYTHING. He knows that prayers united drastically
change the atmosphere! And so Queens, this is what the Holy Spirit
has led me to instruct, again, for the next 10 DAYS (“10”
symbolizing “restoration”):

Something
that drives your flesh, the next 10 DAYS, go without it. I
don’t mean something you should be going without ANYWAY (*blank
stare*), but if you love ice cream, go without it. Television? Go
without it. Shopping? Go without it. Texting? Go without it. Only
you know what you seem to not be able to go without. Let me say
this: We as women can tend to be judgmental, oftentimes about things
we know nothing about. What may be a stronghold for you, will not be
for the next sistah. YOU may not need to listen to secular music
while SHE may not need to eat fast food. STAY IN YOUR LANE. We are
to be on one accord. Don’t get distracted. This is a unified effort,
but PERSONAL MANIFESTATIONS will come as a result. -
Food
is fine. ONLY WATER can be consumed as a drink. Now you can best
believe that I am NOT a happy camper about this. I am not a water
fan. But, I’m sure you can understand the purpose. Water symbolizes
purification, truth and the Holy Spirit. Over the next 10 DAYS, we
are petitioning God for those things to be restored in the lives of
the men that we love. -
Anoint
yourself *daily*.
I mean, if I could get a hold of the men I am interceding for AND
SHAKE ‘EM( just kidding), I mean, anoint them, I would, but we are
interceding. We are not here to BE GOD just to move the heart of
God. If you’ve never anointed yourself before, or if you are

I love how the website cites the scripture, “…And
the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.” –
(Isaiah 10:27-NKJV) We
are doing this to consecrate ourselves, to ask God to bring an impartation (IN HIS TIME-Acts
1:7-Message) to the men we are praying for, to petition him to
emancipate them from their strongholds AND to prepare them for
purpose (Matthew 26:6-12). You will also be doing this for a
personal reason as well: as a sign of preparation for your king…as
Ruth did (Ruth 3:3). The link speaks of many oils you can use, but
good ole’ Kroger’s brand (or wherever you grocery shop) olive oil
will do just fine. Olive oil is a symbolism of God’s grace. Anoint
DAILY whatever areas of the body you are praying for men to be
healed in. -
Pray
for these men DURING DAWN HOURS.
Psalm 119:147 says (NKJV), “I rise before the dawning of the
morning, and cry for help; I hope in Your word” and Isaiah 58:10
says, “If you extend your soul to the hungry and satisfy the
afflicted soul, then your light shall dawn in the darkness, and your
darkness shall be as the noonday.” Isaiah is an assurance and we
definitely want “light” shown, not just in the lives of the men
that we love, but in our view of how to assist them in a way that
removes our own fleshly perspectives from the situation. We want the SPIRIT OF GOD
ONLY to reflect at this time. -
PRAY
FOR EACH ONE BY NAME. You know
I’m the “get a journal” chick. For each man you are praying
for, write down their name, the issues that you are interceding for
(make sure their APATHETIC SPIRIT is one of the issues) and ask God
to lead you to an individual scripture for each one (HE WILL). Say
them throughout the day. SPEAK THE WORD TO THE EVIL FORCES. They
can’t stand it. -
SACRIFICIALLY
GIVE. No, don’t roll your eyes
at me. I am not using this as a time to do a FB offering call (ain’t
even my style). I’m not even necessarily saying money. But, we are
expecting these men to give up some things in faith for receiving
something better. When you stand in the gap for someone, you are
helping them share the load in their journey. If they are going to
give up a habit, a relationship, a secret, a lifestyle…whatever,
as an act of faith, something that hurts your flesh to release, GIVE
IT TO SOMEONE (yes to have). It could be your favorite pair of
shoes. Your entertainment money for the month. A hair appointment
that you set (and you know you know that someone who would be
blessed by it). GOD WILL LEAD YOU. Just make sure that in the next
10 DAYS you do it and it’s really something that’s hard to part
with. -
SEND
THEM A PRAISE LETTER. The
Bible says that death and life are in the power of the tongue
(Proverbs 18:21). We are here to SPEAK LIFE into their dormant
places. Now, you are not their mother nor do you need to have the
Jezebel spirit of manipulation/control over you when you pen/type
these. This is not a semi-stalker way of taking over their lives.
God gives them the power of choice and we must respect that
spiritual birthright. This is simply a letter speaking what you see
in them…for them…about them according to the Word of God. A lot
of men struggle with their spiritual identity because they are
unclear of what that is. We are wanting them to transition from
“frog to prince”. SPEAK ROYALTY INTO THEIR SPIRITUAL BEINGS. We
are here to assist in the blood transfusion of the spirit being
poured into their human trinities (mind, body, spirit). BE SURE TO
SEND THESE WITHIN THE NEXT TEN DAYS, send them in faith and trust in
the power of God to do what he will. There is not to be a “follow
up” effort (Did you get my letter? Did you get my email?). God
says that his word will not return to him void, it will accomplish
what he pleases for it to and “and it shall prosper in the thing
for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11) GOOSE BUMPS, RIGHT? Trust in
that.
