This quote pretty much speaks for itself. Both men and women should be chasing after Jesus to be fulfilled rather than each other or other worldly passions and lusts. We should find ourselves so in love with Jesus that when our life around us happens, He is at the center.
Colossians 2:9-10 NKJ
9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.
Come to the understanding that when Jesus becomes your FIRST PRIORITY, life is complete. No man or woman can ever complete you. They’re just a bonus and a companion to walk with you as you BOTH continue to fall more insanely in love with Jesus Christ.
Luke 10:26-28 AMP
26 Jesus said to him, What is written in the Law? How do you read it?
27 And he replied, You must love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.
28 And Jesus said to him, You have answered correctly; do this, and you will live [enjoy active, blessed, endless life in the kingdom of God].
Making Jesus your focus is when the things you desire happen. And they always seem to happen when least expected because they are no longer a priority.
Deuteronomy 4:29 AMP
29 But if from there you will seek (inquire for and require as necessity) the Lord your God, you will find Him if you [truly] seek Him with all your heart [and mind] and soul and life.
1 Chronicles 16:10-11 NKJ
10 Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the Lord!
11 Seek the Lord and His strength; yearn for and seek His face and to be in His presence continually!
Become acquainted with Jesus, not only on a daily basis but on an every moment basis. He wants to be a part of your daily life. Be in His presence continually.
Jeremiah 29:11-14a AMP
11 For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.
12 Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you.
13 Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.
14 I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you from captivity……
Understand that Jesus has better plans for you than you could ever come up with yourself. When you seek Him and are in His presence continually, those plans, dreams, passions, and desires will fall into place. But I am convinced they will only happen when you truly find yourself complete in HIM.
