“Some want to live within the sound of the church or chapel bell; I want to run a rescue shop within a yard of Hell.” -C.T. Studd (1860-1931)

I am currently in the process of relocating to Las Vegas, NV. All of the X3 team is moving out there to Sin City to take on some new ventures.

That quote is pretty awesome. I want it as a tattoo or something permanent.

It reminds me of those times when people ask you if you am doing alright. And you casually say “yea I am doing great.” You may say that you do not mean it. You really are living in Hell that day or season of life….

There is no replacement for being positive, for knowing that tomorrow will be better than today.

I want to remind everyone who has sent in a confession that tomorrow will be better than today. There are so many stores of hurt and pain, some of freedom. I guess just reading over a few made me think about something Jesus did that we sometimes forget in the mix of it all…

The beautiful thing about Jesus that he did not stay dead, he resurrected. Though the cross happened on the other side he rose again. Through the cross was resurrection. Through the pain was promise.

So whatever hell you are going through remember that though there is death, there is resurrection. Rescue is closer than you think. Think through the resurrection every day, not just on Easter. The resurrection is completely incredible and inspirational in the hellish days and seasons. Sometimes we are so familiar with stuff like the resurrection that we forget how utterly awesome it is. Tomorrow will be better than today.
