God has told us quite specifically how to get the victory over illicit sexual sins:
Walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh (Gal. 5:16).
God bless you
Victory in Jesus
my situation is almost exactly like yours!
my dad is a pastor. i know the Bible and have preached to YOuth before. and i am addicted to porn. but there is hope. i've stopped then restarted b4 like four times, and i just want to tell you that all of us can stop this sin. we need to pray for each other and ourselves, cuz Jesus said if any two people pray for the same thing it shall be granted unto them. so let's pray for each other and feel the Holy Spirit breaking our chains and setting us free!
may God Bless You
I just want to encourage you all in your fight against porn. I got out this fall after 10+ years of addiction and condemnation. The main reason for my victory is due to getting under grace teaching instead of law-teaching, you can see another testimony from me here:

But I wanted to just give some more thoughts to confession, and how changing my confession basically has turned my life upside-down. So please hear me out on this:-) Maybe it can help you out of your addiction too.
Normally when you hear people talk about confessing in relation to your addiction, they mean turn to God after you sin, tell him how sorry you are for what you did, promise you won't ever so it again, and ask for forgiveness. And that is one side of it. However, an area of confessing which I have found to be a whole lot more important for my mental and physical health is confessing who I am in Christ.
I used to read the bible as a law-book. I would be struggling with porn, and so I found some verses about how lusting after other women was not right. It showed me that what I was doing was wrong, but did it help me to quit? Nope.
This last fall I began reading the bible differently. As part of my recovery-plan, my best friend taught me a better way to read the bible. I started reading to find out WHO I AM because of what Jesus did and WHAT I HAVE because of what he did. The general idea is this: Right believing will lead to right living.
When you are struggling with an addictive behavior, you see so many things everyday that confirm the hopeless situation you're in, and the impossibility of getting out of it. In a way, your faith in failure and your faith in the forces that make you sin is extremely high. And it's no wonder. You have condemning thoughts, countless experiences tell you that there's no way you can stop this madness, your spouse may have totally lost faith in you, and every time you fail you feel like God's getting more and more upset. All these things just back up and strengthen your belief in the power of the addiction.
The good news is, that as strong as these feelings of failure may be, they are not the TRUTH about you. They may be facts and feel very real, but they are not the truth that will set you free.
Let me try to explain. If you are in Christ (meaning if you believe that Jesus died to save you), first of all you are what the Bible calls a new creation. God has put his own spirit within you. Your inner man (your spirit) is holy, clean, without sin, perfect. Your old self (the part of you that keeps sinning) is dead and gone as far as God is concerned. But it is hard to believe, because we are so used to seeing, feeling and «believing» in this old man, and until now he may have been the dominating part of your being.
So you are a new creature: Sinless, perfect, healed, peaceful, protected, powerful. How come you haven't noticed? How come the forces of evil still overpower you time and time again?
Jesus said «You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.» Notice: It is not the just the truth that will set you free, it is knowing about that truth. That is what will set you free. To put it real simple: When your faith in who you are in Christ becomes stronger than your faith in your addiction, you will win! How does our faith in our new identity increase? Romans 10:17. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.
Start listening to messages that expound on your identity in Christ, that tell you how awesomely much God loves you, how much he has already given you (it's more than just barely letting you get into heaven) and how Jesus forever has cleansed you and made you perfect!
I have found this to be true: Confessing (speaking out) verses that talk about what Jesus has made you, what rights you have as a believer, the authority you have over all the works of the devil, and how perfect Jesus presents you before God, will slowly, but surely, overwin the forces that control you today. How does this work? We are so influenced by what we believe. What we believe to be true, is what our actions will mirror. If you see yourself as a big sinner, guess what – you will sin big... If you believe you are defeated – you will continue to be defeated. But the power of God's word is that if you will take scriptures and use them as a sword against whatever attacks you, with time these words will change your belief, increase your faith, and lead you to victory.
While I was still battling the porn addiction, I was told to daily look myself in the mirror while confessing: «Sin has no dominion over me for I am not under law, but under grace.» «There is no condemnation for whoever is in Christ because I am totally forgiven.» «I am perfect in God's eyes, because He sent Jesus so that He will remember my lawless deeds NO MORE» «I am a new creation in Christ. The old has passed away. I am new!» «For he has made him (Jesus) to be sin for me, so that I might be made the righteousness of God in him.»
(Rom 6:14, Rom 8:1, Heb 10:17, 2 Cor 5:17, 2 Cor 5:21).
At first those words didn't make much sense to me, but after a few weeks, these seeds started to make their way into my heart, and things started to change. I would still sin, but I would pick myself up again within minutes instead of spending hours and days in condemnation. I noticed that knowing that I was under grace – already forgiven, caused the sinful patterns to gradually loose their power over me. A pastor once said that the best way to stop a habit like smoking or whatever, is to do something similar. Every time you smoke, thank God that you are totally forgiven for smoking, and confess that this smoking habit has no dominion over you because you are under grace. And then just watch it loose it's power.
The word «confess» comes from the greek homo logio – meaning «the same as the word,» in other words «saying the same as God.» When it comes to sin, agree with God that you have sinned, and then agree with God that all your sins are totally forgiven! Then move on and thank him that you are forgiven!
It is interesting to notice that most places in the bible where it talks about «give attention to my words» or «keep my words in your heart» the hebrew/greek words used usually implies speaking them out. The last 8 months I have found speaking out God's word to be a key to success in almost every area of my life. Most healing evangelists know the importance of confessing healing scriptures to help your heart start believing for healing. In August I had constant headaches, every single day. This winter I have spoken out healing scriptures like Isaiah 53:5, Psalm 105:2, and Gal 3:13 over and over and over and over, and I have witnessed the headaches and several other diseases like nausea and backpains slowly loose their grip on my body. Today when headaches try to attack me, most of the time they disappear as soon as I speak out a few healing scriptures. My faith in Jesus' healing power has, through confessing his word, become greater than my faith in headaches. It took a few months, because my whole system of thought had to be replaced with God's truth, but now that it's there, man, it's powerful... Proverbs 4:20 say that God's words give life to those who find them and healing to their whole body. If you are attacked by fear or hopelessness, which I have experienced a lot the last year, there is a wonderful verse which says, «God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.» I must have said that a thousand times this winter, and confessing that has «charged» my spirit, and picked me up from a lot of situations where I in the natural would not see a way out of my hopelessness.
I wanted to just give a short list of verses that you can confess over and over and use as a «sword» when the devil comes at you with his fiery darts. The bible says that you are able to quench ALL his fiery darts, but for some of us it takes some sowing into our hearts and some «fighting practise» before we get the revelation that we can actually do it. As you confess the word, always keep in mind that you are not trying to convince God to move, he already did everything 2000 years ago. What confessing will do is change your own heart's belief to a position where the word of God is more real to you than your addiction, and when faith builds in your heart you are getting in a position where you can receive all the blessings that God already has provided, and start utilizing the weapons that he has given us to stand against the devil. This may take two weeks or two years. I found that I had to change my whole belief-system, so it did take a few months, and everyday I grow another inch in my new identity, as I renew my mind replacing the old thinking with God's truth.
Here's a few verses to get you started in confessing and becoming aware of who you are in Christ, and what privileges you have received because of that:-)

Romans 6,14
For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law, but under grace.

...who His own self bore our sins in His body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness; by whose stripes ye were healed.
Fear/anxiety/discouragement
2. Timothy 1:7
For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
Psalm 91:5
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor the arrow that flies by day.
Sickness/disease:
Romans 8:11
He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwells in you.
Isaiah 53:5
By his stripes we are healed.
Psalms 103:3
Bless the Lord all my soul, and forget not all His benefits – who forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases.
Pastors who preach similar to this include Joseph Prince, Kenneth Hagin, Gloria Copeland and many more. They have litterally saved my life. Lots of messages on youtube and video.google. Highly recommended!
God bless you as you start exploring your TRUE identity!

I have some personal tips for you.
1. Everytime you feel the urge to look at pornogrophy. Try doing something religious or something with your family. I would do this because 1. It will give you something to do and 2. You will feel closer to God and hopefully get rid of the feeling for porn.
2. Now my second advice is that if you give in and start to get on the computer to look at porn. Stop, and go to this site instead. It will help you and make you not want to look at the porn. (This idea has helped me alot.)
So I hope my ideas have helped you and I pray that you, and me, will get over our addictions.
