I have a client who’s addicted and uses his phone to access porn. Verizon is the carrier; what do you recommend short of giving up the phone? he’s open to that but job basically “requires” he have one… Verizon hasn’t been much help and he figures out ways past the password others have put on the phone.

I would suggest looking X3 Watch at www.x3watch.com for any mobile devices and get the Pro version since that has a filter on it.
But, If he is one that struggles and always finds ways around it. I would suggest either removing the phone or find a phone that has just voice service and nothing else. I know it is rare but, they still have them.

We do not have a list of people all over for accountability. This is something that you need to do or find in your area. I would suggest going to your church and talking with someone on staff and let them know what is going on and that you would like some help in this area. If you do not attend church then you can find someone whom you know and ask them to help you out in accountability as well. There are also several groups around the country that you can help with too. Groups like SAA and Celebrate Recovery
