This is one of my favorite scriptures. I have always believed it means that when we delight ourselves in the Lord (staying in His word, presence and joy) that He changes our desires to HIS desires (which are greater than any desire we could have for ourselves!).
I’m sure you can ask a biblical scholar to see what their interpretation is!

I don’t think porn is the issue? I can’t fall asleep until I master bate then I fall asleep. I will toss and turn untill I do. How many sleepless nights to break this habit? If I am stressed I can’t consentrate and I will use porn. I just want to fall asleep! What can I do sleep?

If you are finding yourself stuck in this pattern then perhaps you need to look at diet and exercise and your whole health overall. The focus should be on proper nutrition and exercise. If you still have trouble sleeping then perhaps a visit to your doctor would give you some answers. But the fact that you are able to fall asleep after you masturbate says that you just need to exert yourself in another way.
