As a married couple, is it a sin for my husband and I to watch porn. And if it is, where does it mention that in the bible.
This exact issue is not explicitly mentioned in the Bible. The consistent plan that God’s gives us in the scripture is that the fullest sex is with one man and one women. No where in the Bible does it state that God created sex for man, woman and porn.
Jesus says in Matthew 6:27-30 that no man should look upon a women he is not married to with lust in his eye for this is a heart issue. In light of Jesus’ teachings we would recommend that porn is kept out of your married sex life. Porn is a cheap substitute for the real thing, it is fantasy and should not be brought into reality.
Porn is very different for men and women. Men are very visual. This is an extremely risky situation and we have seen many who have suffered the negative consequences of letting just a little bit of porn in. For a little bit does not satisfy and it always leads to more progressive things. One must ask the question if you are bringing porn in, what else will you bring into your sex life? Where do you draw the line?
